Our workshop isn’t some sip-and-smile tasting or wine class. It’s a hands-on creative experience where you get to craft a one-of-kind wine that’s all yours.
Whether it’s 10 guests or 100, Assemblage brings clients, teams, families, and friends to together to unleash their creativity, have fun and learn what it means to be a winemaker.
At the end of it each of your guests will go home with a bottle of wine that’s all theirs.

WHY WE STARTED
ASSEMBLAGE WAS BORN AT A TABLE, NOT IN A VINEYARD.
We looked around at wine culture and saw the same thing over and over: same labels, same notes, same experts telling us what to like. It felt stuck, like wine was something you studied instead of something you lived.
Meanwhile, people were customizing everything else—playlists, sneakers, even skincare. Why not wine?
So we set out to flip the script. We hand-pick small-production wines from vineyards around the world then put the blending in your hands. Because the best bottle is the one that reflects you.

We believe wine isn’t about critics.
It’s about people. Friends on a Tuesday night with pizza. Families slowing down long enough to share a meal. Teammates raising a glass after a hard day’s work. Wine is the tool. Connection is the point. And connection is messy, loud, and beautiful—not polished and perfect.
That’s why Assemblage exists: to make bottles that carry stories, not just varietals.
